Public Statement on Fraudulent Use of Company Name

Atlan Holdings Bhd (“Atlan”) wishes to alert the public that it has recently become aware of fraudulent investment schemes being circulated via WhatsApp, social media platforms and other online channels, using Atlan’s name, logo and/or corporate information without authorisation with the intent to mislead and defraud.

We wish to emphasise that Atlan is not in any way associated with, nor does it endorse, any such investment schemes or solicitations. These schemes are being perpetrated by unauthorised third parties for fraudulent purposes.

Members of the public are strongly advised to exercise caution and to verify the authenticity of any information, offers or investment opportunities that purport to be linked to Atlan. Atlan does not conduct or authorise any investment solicitation through messaging applications or social media platforms.

Atlan has lodged a police report and is taking the necessary steps to safeguard its rights and reputation.

Anyone who has been approached or believes they may have been a victim of such fraudulent activities is urged to report the matter immediately to the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) or the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC).
