Access to the office tower is unique with two entry and exit points within the premises greatly facilitating access to and from a city centre commonly affected by traffic congestion at peak hours.
The first set of entry and exit points fronts the main road of Jalan Ampang. The second set of entry and exit points of the tower premises enables cars to quickly access the SMART Tunnel and enter/leave the city centre via the Persiaran KLCC-Binjai-Tun Razak route.

On 3 April 2023, Atlan Holdings Bhd completed the purchase of Belle Isle Hotels (Cornwall) Management Ltd together with a property that consist of the following:

The Cornwall Hotel & Spa enjoys a prominent trading location on Pentewan Road between the south Cornwall town of St Austell and the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey, on Cornwall’s beautiful south coast. The hotel is well placed for guests to explore the world-famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, both within a short drive. Nearby beaches include Carlyon Bay, Pentewan, Port Mellon Cove, Porthpean, Par Sands and Polkerris. The hotel is also well located for the popular harbour town of Fowey and the historic harbour at Charlestown which was prominently featured in TV’s adaptation of Poldark.
St. Austell lies very close to the south coast of the Cornish peninsula, being approximately 40 miles (64 km) to the west of Plymouth and 50 miles (80 km) to the north-east of Lands End. Central London is approximately 253 miles (407km) to the north-east of St. Austell. The property is well located in Cornwall to benefit from good access to both the local and national road network. Access to the property is via the B3273 (Pentewan Road) which just to the north links with the A390 (Penwinnick Road/Trevanion Road) on the outskirts of the town. The A390 provides the main route into Truro, the capital of Cornwall. Further road communications include the A30, located to the north-west, which links with the M5 and national motorway networks.
St Austell railway station is approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) away and provides direct links to both London Paddington (approximately 4 hours travel time) and Exeter (approximately 2 hours travel time). The nearest airport is at Newquay (approximately 16 miles) which offers both domestic and international flights.
